Crystal Bird began as a spark, a moment of rediscovery when Lissa crossed paths with artist Sten Veiths. That one meeting reignited a passion for music and a belief in what’s possible when the right support meets the right talent. What started as a simple gesture grew into something powerful: a community, a movement, a launchpad. That spark became Crystal Bird.

We are a management and booking agency based in Belgium, but more than that, we are listeners, collaborators, believers and quiet champions for artists on the rise. We work with musicians at a delicate stage in their careers, those with a clear vision and real potential, but who need the right care and connection to take the next step. We don’t come with strings attached (unless you want us to). Your art, your story, your vision, that’s what leads the way. We simply help you take flight.
