Singer-songwriter Ernst Löw has often been compared to his idol Herman Brood. Is it the looks? Or is it something deeper?
One thing is certain: it was Herman Brood himself who inspired a 14-year-old Löw to pursue music. Since the day he first saw Brood perform, Löw never stopped writing and performing his own songs, but the music of “The Master” never let him go.
Now, together with his partner and soulmate Deborah Ostrega, Löw brings Brood’s songs back to life in an intimate, acoustic setting. Armed with two voices and one guitar, they highlight the raw poetry and power of Brood’s lyrics, interwoven with personal stories and memories about the man behind the legend.
